GetCustro is an AI-powered product demonstration platform that enables businesses to create and deploy AI Demo Agents that can explain, demonstrate, and guide users through their products and services.

Our Services may include:

• AI Demo Agents
• Live browser-based product demonstrations
• Slide Deck Agents
• Product knowledge management
• AI-powered product explanations
• Interactive product experiences
• Analytics and related functionality
• Other features introduced from time to time

GetCustro may update, modify, add, or remove features from the Services as the platform evolves.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

If you are using GetCustro on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that:

1. You have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. The organization agrees to these Terms.
3. You are authorized to provide information and content to GetCustro on the organization’s behalf.

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Keeping your account secure
• All activity conducted through your account
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals or allow others to access your account in a way that violates these Terms.

You may use GetCustro only for lawful business and product demonstration purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
• Interfere with the operation of the Services
• Circumvent security measures
• Use the Services to distribute malicious software
• Use the Services to infringe another person’s intellectual property rights
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use
• Use the Services to create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive demonstrations
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Services without our permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

You may provide information, text, websites, product documentation, images, videos, instructions, product knowledge, and other materials to GetCustro (“Customer Content”).

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

By submitting Customer Content to GetCustro, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Create and operate your AI Demo Agents
• Maintain and improve the functionality of the Services
• Provide customer support
• Maintain platform security
• Comply with applicable law

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide Customer Content to GetCustro.

GetCustro uses artificial intelligence to generate product explanations, responses, demonstrations, and other content.

AI-generated outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing your AI Demo Agent before making it available to your customers or other users.

GetCustro does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated information for legal, financial, medical, security, or other high-risk decisions.

You are responsible for the content, instructions, product information, and configuration you provide to your AI Demo Agent.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your AI Demo Agent:

• Accurately represents your product
• Does not make unlawful or misleading claims
• Does not disclose confidential information
• Does not violate third-party rights
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations

GetCustro provides the technology used to create the experience but does not control the claims or information that you choose to provide to your AI Demo Agent.

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI providers, authentication providers, or other external services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

GetCustro is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.

The GetCustro platform, including its software, technology, user interface, branding, designs, documentation, and underlying systems, is owned by or licensed to GetCustro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not:

• Copy the Services
• Reproduce the platform
• Modify the platform
• Distribute the platform
• Sell or sublicense the platform
• Create derivative works
• Use GetCustro branding without permission

These Terms do not transfer ownership of GetCustro’s intellectual property to you.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding GetCustro, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

Certain GetCustro features may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees.
• Subscription fees may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the plan selected.
• Applicable taxes may be added to your charges.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will generally apply to future billing periods.

GetCustro may offer free trials or limited free access.

We may modify or discontinue a free trial at any time.

At the end of a trial period, your account may be restricted, suspended, or converted to a paid plan depending on the terms presented when you started the trial.

We aim to keep GetCustro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party service interruptions
• Network failures
• Events outside our reasonable control

We take reasonable measures designed to protect the Services and information processed through them.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices for your account and for the information you submit to the platform.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other party.

The receiving party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Services.

Confidential information does not include information that:

• Is publicly available
• Was already lawfully known
• Is independently developed
• Is received lawfully from another source without confidentiality obligations

This section does not prevent either party from disclosing information where required by law.

You may stop using GetCustro at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• Your use creates a security risk
• Your use may expose us or others to legal liability
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Required by applicable law

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

GetCustro does not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available
• AI-generated outputs will always be accurate
• The Services will meet every specific business requirement
• The Services will be completely error-free
• Every AI Demo Agent will generate a particular business result
• The Services will be compatible with every third-party system

You are responsible for evaluating whether GetCustro is suitable for your specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetCustro and its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCustro’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to GetCustro for the Services during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetCustro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your Customer Content
• Your AI Demo Agent
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of third-party rights

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services, website, or email.

Your continued use of GetCustro after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over GetCustro’s applicable place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
